Shipping policy

Due to the most recent shipping issues with USPS which is our main carrier please allow 5-7 business days for processing and shipping your order.  We use other carriers when necessary. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out on Monday or Tuesday.  Orders placed Monday-Thursday will ship out during the same week through Friday depending on the day the order came in. Shipping days are typically Mondays and Wednesday unless those days fall on a Holiday.  During the months of November and December holiday shipping will be Monday-Saturday.  We will put forth every effort to get your products out as soon as possible.  If you have any question concerning shipping please feel free to email us at askroyalbathsoap@gmail.com

Items are packed with the upmost care and attention.  Your order should arrive undamaged but we are not held responsible for third party shipping carriers and their handling of your products during shipping.  Because of this your product may arrive damaged or roughly handled.  If this occurs please contact us with a photo of your package and the damage that occurred and we will contact the shipping carrier to assist with your damage claim.
