Cancellation policy

Please review your order before purchase. Your subscription can be cancelled at any time after one month. If your order has shipped your subscription will cancel the following month. Subscriptions can be placed on paused whenever you like without fees being deducted by visiting your subscription portal from your original subscription link. Subscriptions that have processed but haven't shipped may be refunded. If your order has been processed and shipped a refund cannot be issued for that month. Items cannot be returned once received. There are options to the plan. You may choose a one time purchase, a 3 month, 6 month or 12 month subscription. Each monthly plan fees will draft on the 30th of each month. New orders for boxes can be placed up to the 15th of each month. If purchased during the last purchase period the customer will be billed for the current month and billed on the 30th for the following month. Boxes will ship during the first and second week of each month. To be sure you are notified of any changes or updates to your order or Subscription box be sure subscribe to our newsletter to be informed of any changes or notification to your order and to our shop. Neglecting to subscribe to our newsletter the customer takes full responsibility for the lack of information thereof.
